    Sean was amazing to work with while selling our townhouse. From our first meeting where we discussed what upgrades we could do to make our home more sellable, to the closing date where he was with us while we brought the last belongings out of our home. The amount of extra customer service was fantastic and so helpful. Also, Ashley was above and beyond amazing helping us with the upgrades (working with the contractors, etc.) and staging our home. Overall, the Nielsen group is something I have never even seen or even heard of in terms of service. AND our home sold in 2 days!

    This was our second time working with Sean and his team, and as always, they were wonderful. It was a challenging market but they helped us navigate through the options to figure out what was best for us, and really helped on the negotiation. The team is very responsive and kept in good communication with our broker and the selling agent throughout the process. In addition to their expertise in all things real estate, Sean and his team are wonderful people who you want to spend time with. From playing with our toddler during showings to getting our toddler a welcome to the new house tool kit for "helping" with house projects, they really support the whole family through what can be a stressful process.
